Varieties: 100% Tempranillo
Preparation: Malolactic maceration with fermentation of 6 to 7 days, and then another 15 to 20 days of maceration, carried out at a controlled temperature no higher than 30°C. Aging in French oak barrels (50%) and American oak barrels (50%) for at least 12 months.

Bright purple. Blackberry and cassis on the nose, with smoky licorice, gingerbread and tobacco undertones. Juicy dark berry flavors are framed by silky tannins, with very good sweetness carrying through the finish. Nicely balanced, pure and quite suave.
