Varieties: 100% Tempranillo
Preparation: Malolactic maceration with fermentation of 6 to 7 days, and then another 15 to 20 days of maceration, carried out at a controlled temperature no higher than 27°C. Aging in French oak barrels (50%) and American oak barrels (50%) for at least 12 months.
Taste: Well-integrated oak/fruit make this a delightful wine for all meat dishes.

Deep red. Earthy cherry and tobacco scents along with hints of leather and loamy underbrush. Sweet, mineral-accented cherry and redcurrant flavors are reminiscent of a Graves, with impressive sweetness building on the expansive, persistent back end. This is really interesting.
