Nose: Fruity aromas with dark roasted oak, coffee and liquorish tones.

Preparation: Destemming process with fermentation for 8 days at 28°C. Aging in French oak barrels (70%) and American oak barrels (30%) for 14 months.

Precise red berry and cherry flavors possess wonderful purity, with light body and crisp minerality contributing to the impression of lift. Bright, spicy red fruits dominate the long, vibrant finish. This has impressive elegance and a seamless, silky texture.
