VARIETIES: Unknown blend of traditional Port varieties.

COLOR: Golden amber

NOSE: Complex aromas from nuts, to sweet dried fruits, and honeycomb. 

PALATE: Thick and intense, with dried fruit, nutty/praline nuances, and a seemingly never-ending finish. Luxurious, to say the least.

WINEMAKING: Very difficult to give precise information about a product of this nature. Fermented in traditional granite lagares. No filtration.

20 YEAR TAWNY PORT

VARIETIES: Unknown blend of traditional Port varieties.

COLOR: Light brown, with amber tones on the rim.

NOSE: Notes of almond, caramelized walnut, and a touch of coconut.

PALATE: Soft and approachable palate, with dark raisin flavors, and hints of sweet caramel and toffee, and a velvety elegant finish. 

WINEMAKING: Totally de-stemmed grapes, followed by a slow fermentation with temperature control up to 26º C degrees. No filtration.

10 YEAR TAWNY PORT

VARIETIES: Touriga Franca (25%), Tinta Roriz (25%), Touriga Nacional (5%), Tinto Cão (5%), Tinta Barroca (20%), Others (20%)

COLOR: Light brown, with hints of orange on the rim

NOSE: Aromas of dried fruit, cinnamon, and a delicate floral note, with well integrated wood notes.

PALATE: Lightly roasted coffee flavors, crisp acidity, smooth texture, and a hint of carmel notes on the elegant finish. 

WINEMAKING: Totally de-stemmed grapes, followed by a slow fermentation witPortph temperature control up to 28º C degrees. Soft filtration.
