COLOR: Brilliant ruby red.
NOSE: Intense mineral and spice aromas, fresh red berries, cherry, lavender, and light black pepper notes on the nose.
PALATE: Lively raspberry and bitter cherry flavors, with savory olive and underbrush flavors. Gentle tannins and fresh acidity on the energetic and mineral driven finish.
WINEMAKING: Hand harvested into 18 kg crates, and delivered straight to the sorting table at the winery. Skin contact maceration at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, with periodic pump-overs and cap punches, followed by 12 month aging in 300 L. used French oak barrels.
