PALATE: Fragrant wild strawberry and raspberry flavors, with bright acidity and great structure.
WINEMAKING: After each vineyard has been harvested, the grapes are delivered to the winery for immediate pressing, to maintain freshness. Once grapes are pressed, alcoholic fermentation takes placed in temperature control stainless steel tanks.
