PALATE: Intense, with flavors of dark fruit, and notes of spice kept in balance by the structured tannins, leading to a lengthy finish.

WINEMAKING: The long and very wet winter helped to create the water reserves the vines needed and used during the very hot days in August. Totally de-stemmed and crushed grapes, followed by a slow fermentation with temperature control up to 27ºC degrees. Soft filtration and bottling in May 2014.
