VARIETIES: 100% TREPAT 

COLOR: Bright red color. 

NOSE: Spicy red berry and floral qualities, with exotic orange zest notes.

PALATE: Light in body but surprisingly deep in juicy raspberry and cherry flavors, showing no rough edges and a slightly jammy quality. Finish silky and sweet, with good lift and lingering spiciness.

WINEMAKING: Hand harvested grapes. Cold maceration for 10 days, followed by a 20 day fermentation. Malolactic fermentation for one month in a blend of new and send use French oak barrels, followed by another 5 months aging in barrel before bottling.

VARIETIES: 100% TREPAT 

COLOR: Bright pink color. 

NOSE: High-pitched red berry and cherry and floral pastille aromas, along with suggestions of chalky minerals and succulent herbs.

PALATE: Weighty and broad on the palate, offering bitter cherry and raspberry compote flavors that betray a trace of heat. In a fleshy, ample style, finishing with good cling but also displaying a slightly loose-knit character.

WINEMAKING: Saignee method, with temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts. Un-oaked.

VARIETIES: 90% Tempranillo, 10% CABERNET SAUVIGNON,  

COLOR: Ripe red cherry color.

NOSE: Intense and fresh, with red fruits and floral violet notes.

PALATE: Juicy and refreshing, with vibrant red berry and cherry flavors accented by cracked pepper and spice.

WINEMAKING: Hand harvested grapes. Cold maceration for 3-4 days, followed by a 5 day temperature controlled fermentation. Un-oaked, and aged in stainless steel. Rested in bottle for a minimum of 3 months.
