COLOR: Brilliant straw green color
NOSE: Tropical fruit notes of passionate fruit, with light lemon citrus notes, and a hint of white pepper.
PALATE: Very smooth, textured wine, medium to full bodied, with clean citrus flavors, and fine minerality.
WINEMAKING: The hand picked grapes were brought to the winery and sorted. The delicately crushed and pressed berries were then fermented under temperature controlled stainless steel. After fermentation we aged it for two month on the lees.
