VARIETIES: 100% TREPAT
COLOR: Bright red color.
NOSE: Spicy red berry and floral qualities, with exotic orange zest notes.
PALATE: Light in body but surprisingly deep in juicy raspberry and cherry flavors, showing no rough edges and a slightly jammy quality. Finish silky and sweet, with good lift and lingering spiciness.
WINEMAKING: Hand harvested grapes. Cold maceration for 10 days, followed by a 20 day fermentation. Malolactic fermentation for one month in a blend of new and send use French oak barrels, followed by another 5 months aging in barrel before bottling.
