NOSE: Intense aromatics of tropical fruits, white flowers, wild herbs, and a note of anise.
PALATE: Energetic and focused, with flavors of lemon pith, quince, tropical fruits, and a long, fresh finish.
WINEMAKING: Harvested grapes are sorted, gently crushed, then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Un-oaked.
